Possibly the only pleasant experience with state agencies that I have ever had. All staff we dealt with was extremely nice and professional, worried about their clients without trying to rip you off all the time. Very transparent with all fees and services charged. When we signed the contracts they offered us a 'welcome' pack with a few gifts that are obviously symbolic but clearly demonstrate a different attitude/service than other agencie.
