I have rented a property with them for two years and throughout my time there Victoria has been a great help! Always prompt to reply to emails and with a good connection to the landlord, she always managed to sort any issues we had super promptly. If you can try and get her as your agent, because even if she is off she will make sure you have someone else to talk to who can sort stuff out for you.
