Friendly, professional and helpful

Thomas was incredibly helpful, he gave me a number of options to look around that matched my criteria and made the process of getting the property we wanted very smooth (even after unforeseen complications with the referencing!). My partner and I were very satisfied with the professional and friendly manner with which the rental was conducted, which helped to relieve the usual stresses that come along with moving house. Correspondences were regular and efficient, meaning we were never left in the dark of the next step or current status of our application. We would highly recommend!
