The service is poor and the staff are generally quite hostile and unfriendly. They seem to only want to do the bare minimum for their clients.

I rent a property with Goldschmidt & Howland and I’m having such a bad experience I have had little or no hot water for six weeks and my boiler is 11 years old I’m told by the very nice man Sam they send to fix it Please Goldschmidt & Howland replace my boiler I hate cold showers Thank you
