We had an excellent experience dealing with Goldschmidt and Howland. They made moving flat a very smooth and easy process. We dealt with Gabriella who was a complete star and helped us with every step along the way! She really made everything so straight forward and was very attentive.
Marc and the team at Goldschmidt & Howland have been a joy to work with. A professional service from start to finish. Every question was answered, we felt fully supported and at every stage kept informed. If your looking for honesty, professionalism and support, these guys tick all the boxes. Very highly recommended!

We had a great experience with G&H Highgate for our rental. Great to deal with and with a helpful, honest style which is not necessarily common in the industry. Marc specifically was great - very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to queries and help get al the admin side sorted. Would use again.
G&H did a great job for us in selling our flat. Oliver had expert market knowledge, was incredibly responsive and helped guide both seller and buyer through all phases of the transaction helping to achieve the agreed timescale.

Welcome to our Highgate Office. G&H have been helping our customers for very many years with an intimate local knowledge and know-how of this very special area and all its hidden gems and charms that is, quite simply, second to none. Often those quiet discreet lettings come about from properties we have dealt with over generations. Some of us live here and others have worked here for many years so we are well placed to understand the area. Our local expertise is then backed up by Goldschmidt and Howland’s formidable resources, specialist teams and network of offices ensuring we deliver the best possible results for our clients. Steeped in our own history we are a proud to be a part of the Village community and we continue to play our part in supporting its events. Our office is located at the end of the High Street, next door to Cotes restaurant and opposite Waterlow Park. You are welcome to pop in whenever you want.
