The buyer put his own apartment on the market only after having seen mine and G&H dealt with this sale too. This greatly facilitated the process, as Michael was very diligent in pushing all concerned parties on both sides. I think the whole process would have taken much longer without his pro-active approach to everything. He was unfailingly polite and attentive and often went the extra mile to get something done.
