I recently enlisted Drivers and Norris as a managing agent for a property I am letting. From the outset I found the staff I interacted with very easy to deal with. My initial meeting was with James Murphy who I found to be very professional and straight forward. He left me to make my own decision, but at the same time was swift in answering any questions. The main reason I elected to use Drivers and Norris, was seeing an example of the inspection report which I would receive every three months. For a property that has been in my family for 35 years it was not necessarily about receiving the 'optimal yield' but that the property would be cared for well and having received the first report three months in, I can see it is being looked after incredibly well. For me, Drivers and Norris are in a different league to other estate agents I have dealt with - straight forward, efficient and hard working.

Drivers & Norris have assisted us with the sale of 7 properties. Lauren, Martin and Liam have been a great help. Friendly, efficient and very pro active. I would highly recommend them.
