We had an issue with a leak from an upstairs neighbour, this was dealt with as quickly as possible and Polina went out of her way to organise the insurance payout needed to fund the repairs to our kitchen.

John & Sarah have been acting as my letting agent for around 3 years. Each time they find me good quality professional tenants. For my latest search, they had an offer for the apartment over the asking price, within 24 hours of being instructed. What more could I ask for.

First rate customer service. Highly recommended.
Experience was great, all our questions answered straight away and generally really helpful arranging a viewing and sorting the offer out.
Great group of people! Very patient with the misunderstandings I might have during my rental process as I'm moving to the UK from the US
