So, I was frustrated and stressed out by not finding a place to live before my tenancy ends, until I met this agent called Sarah Twiner. At first, when I called, the response was as usual, just a simple "no, this property has already been let." But then, she followed up with a new property that I haven't seen, and on paper it meets most of my critirias. She also mention that this place and the picture shown online isn't that much of a different, and I trusted her. Since I was quite desperate to find a place so I was quite worried about having to live in a place without viewing it, so I put my faith on Sarah and hope for the best. When everything goes smoothly and just correctly, somehow I felt like being I'm being lied to, so I thought I'd book a viewing and see what is that place looks like. You never know, sometimes you will have to trust your gut and the agent's words. It turns out the flat that I thought it would be not good, is actually way better then I thought, and beside that, every thing is professionally cleaned and have a good lighting as well. I am so glad that, I have Sarah on my side for this property, because I wouldn't have been fully trusted anyone who works as an estate agent. And I'd like to also mention Lauren Hurley, she helps me through the process of renting the property, and handled everytning that needs to be done. I am really grateful that I have encountered these two wonder agents. Anyways, here's just my experience.

John & Sarah have been acting as my letting agent for around 3 years. Each time they find me good quality professional tenants. For my latest search, they had an offer for the apartment over the asking price, within 24 hours of being instructed. What more could I ask for.

I am impress on how quick the answer my request and how smoothly. Not having to wait and wait for a call.
