The overall experience with securing a property was smooth. From the initial viewing through to getting our offer accepted, everything moved along easily and without complication. Demmy was great. He showed us the property and was very professional, friendly, and open to questions. He explained well what the process was going to look like, and he also took our calls after the viewings when we had further questions. His support made the whole experience a positive one.

The letting of our property was handled primarily by James Davenport. He understood our exact requirements regarding the tenant we were aiming for to ensure they were the right 'fit' within our development. James was a gentleman throughout the process and provided an efficient and professional service. We are happy with our new tenant and would have no hesitation in recommending James and Drivers & Norris.

A great agency in an area flooded with estate agents! John stood out with his strong understanding of the local market and was able to let my property with ease, eliminating the risk of a lengthy void period!
