We recently sold our house through David Evans & Co and would highly recommend them. They have a wealth of local knowledge which really helps in knowing how to market properties effectively. The size of the business adds a personal touch and means that it's easy to speak to someone who has the full details of your case. They were also very proactive in chasing the other parties involved when progress looked like it might be stalling, and they took full ownership of the process from start to finish. Mark has been an absolutely amazing estate agent for me personally both in the purchase of my property many years ago and more recently in the sale.
