Mark has been an absolutely amazing estate agent for me personally both in the purchase of my property many years ago and more recently in the sale. He is very realistic about pricing and makes both the vendor and purchaser feel like they are a very important customer. He answers questions fully, is informative and appropriately friendly; making it feel like a much more positive transition than it otherwise would be. Everyone in the office is always helpful and friendly and Lesley, in particular, is in the know and happy to provide updates if Mark isn’t available - not very often and a follow-up call isn’t far away.
