Mark genuinely helped me through one of the hardest periods of my life with compassion, professionalism, honest advice and ultimately was always there during the entire process, including my first prospective buyer pulling out last minute and probate. Mark had met my late mother some 18 months to 2 years prior to our initial meeting and even on the phone call to arrange the valuation with myself, recalled my mother and details of the property, having given her considerably more time and respect, I believe, than other agents would potentially have.
