Recently used David Evans & Co for the purchase and sale of a property in Woolwich/Plumstead. Photography and listing was excellent which attracted a flurry of viewings (even with Lockdown restrictions in Jan 2020). The valuation of the property attracted good offers which we were very pleased with.
