Would absolutely recommend. Have dealt with Alice, Lia, Justina and Sarah and they are highly professional, lovely people. As a nervous first time landlord they have made the process seem simple, have been honest/realistic about pricing and are efficiently managing the property whilst I'm away.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Sarah who is consistently going above and beyond! I’ve recently moved into a new property via Daniel Cobb and I was highly impressed by Sarah’s professionalism and speed. All the paper work was completed in 2 days and I was ready to move in within 7 days from the initial viewing. Sarah made the whole process as painless as possible and she continues to be extremely responsive and helpful. I could not recommend Daniel Cobb, and Sarah in particular, highly enough.

We visited a lot of flats in the last few months and met many agent: James from Daniel Cobb was by far our favorite ! He has been a great support from the first viewing to the exchange of contracts with the sellers, it made the entire process much more enjoyable.

We were very pleased with the service from Daniel Cobb. They got our property on the market very quickly, viewings were well organised and feedback received. We had an offer within a fortnight and completed about a month after that, all quick and painless. Special mention for James who was always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Daniel Cobb to friends and family who were thinking of selling.
