I recently sold my flat through Daniel Cobb and I cannot find a single fault with their service. Mark Andrews is the man who saw me through every step and his kindness and responsiveness was second to none. It is a nerve wrecking moment to sell one's home for 10 years+ but Mark guided me through every step and I felt he had my back on all matters even when things got complex. They also went above and beyond after I had a rental dispute with another agency and other members of the team gave me independent advice (Alice Fyfe). My experience with Daniel Cobb has been marvellous all round. DC managed my property as an overseas landlord for 2 years and did an exceptional job, even though I was remote. From finding tenants super quickly to ensure that my property was rented throughout the entire time I was abroad, to helping with the day-to-day management; they made my life very easy. Every member of the team was great and everyone was always super helpful and proactive. I never had to chase for anything. They have a great in-house maintenance team that worked on a few maintenance issues for me at speed and at competitive prices. I just recently worked with Alice and Justina from the Bermondsey Rd office. I relocated from another country and was relieved to have met them. Their properties are the best, with a very high standard in terms of maintenance and location. Helpful and friendly, they are also very efficient. **Update: After three years I can confirm my review: I can reach out to Reagan whenever I've had issue with the property and she's supporting through the closing of my tenancy and my move.

I found Daniel Cobb estate agents online, and upon my first call felt relaxed and sure to be in safe hands. Mark and his team have worked tirelessly overcoming many hurdles from management companies to removal quotes, always finding the solution and going the extra mile to help us. It's nice to have a solution to a problem instead of just the problem. I highly recommend using this company and Mark Andrews.
