Someone just called me in response to an enquiry I made over the weekend. They laughed at the fact they couldn't pronounce my name properly which was incredibly insulting. I then told them my circumstances and rather than attempting to find something more suitable or even explain she wouldn't be able to help, she basically just said 'sorry no, bye'. Not impressed!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
