Dear Lara, I am disappointed to learn that you have not been satisfied with the services provided by Credential. I have now investigated this matter and my comments are as follows: Firstly under the terms of your tenancy agreement, you breached your tenancy by allowing a dog to stay at the property without permission. The property was brand new when you moved in, but you returned the property in a damaged condition with a soiled carpet, melted electric radiator which you failed to report to us, and a damaged worktop. We had CCTV evidence of you fly tipping your rubbish, so all deductions made are supported by evidence. Your claims that £100 was charged per light bulb is false and you should refer to your correspondence with the property manager on all deductions, which again are factual and based on supporting evidence.
