do yourself a favour and look else where, ollie has been incredible rude and has been withholding information we are legally entitled to they will charge you if you report a maintenance issue if an appointment is booked and no fault is found or improper use on an appliance is found and you will be liable for the call out and repair. it’s just a bit ridiculous really, the property we were interested in was advertised as being furnished yet it didn’t come with a single piece of furniture and we had to write into the contract to have beds with mattress in our rooms then come time to move in which was super rushed btw, we realise they haven’t given us headboards and they string us along until they declare that it wasn’t explicitly stated in our contract therefore we won’t be getting headboards because the landlord refuses to supply them yet when we request a landlords name and address to verify this information ollie took it upon himself to deny us that right if you’re reading this ollie, know that i would like to see proof that our flat has smoke detectors because we will sue you if one cannot be found speak soon hun x also next time don’t threaten me ok?
