Do not waste your time letting with Credentials. They are rude, unprofessional and have a tendency to ignore e-mails when there is anything important that they need to address/fix within the property - despite it being a danger to the tenants' health. The service my housemates and I received was appalling, Ollie was consistently rude and dismissive. To speak of just one issue (among many I assure you), I lived with a serious mould issue in my room for over two months - with no helpful action on Credentials or Ollie's part. I have rented with a number of estate agents throughout the past years; yet I can say without a doubt that Credentials has been the worst.
