We had a really enjoyable experience with the team at B&K’s Brockley branch, particularly with Michelle who we worked with most closely. Communication was excellent throughout, by both phone and email. Whenever cover was needed, it was always arranged and communicated in advance to ensure continuity of availability. We were kept updated proactively throughout the process, often before we’d even thought to ask. We felt genuinely supported through the entire home-buying process, from booking our first viewing right through to completion. It’s been a real pleasure having the team’s support the whole way - thank you for helping us in our first-time buying journey!
Reply from Bryan & Keegan Estate & Letting Agents - Brockley: Thanks Vanessa. I'm glad to hear your first purchase was a positive experience.
