We sold our 4 bedroom house very successfully with Andrew Scott Robertson. From the initial 2 way discussion with Marc on valuation and marketing strategy, through the brief viewing period with the whole team at both the Wimbledon sites, and finally the agreed sale with William and ongoing discussions during that time, the whole team demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism and secured an extremely good offer with a very good buyer. With 3 small children and an offer accepted on a house we were buying outside the area, we wanted an effective but brief marketing campaign and we certainly had that. The due diligence that Marc and the team did at this stage was very useful and I felt confident the 3 offers were valid. The resulting price was better than I had hoped for based on conversations with other agents because I believe it was priced right in the first place resulting in lots of excitement rather than being over the odds to begin with. I always felt the team were acting on my behalf and did very well to keep what can often feel like a slow period, moving forward.
