Letting management service

Staff from Williams and Goodwin llangefni branch have been polite courteous and helpful during the 5 years of our tenancy so far. Although some staff come and go some have been there since we moved in.

GENERALLY A GOOD QUALITY SERVICE

We have been tenants of two properties, for the last nine years under the Williams & Goodwin Agency. Overall they provide a good quality service, which we are happy with. Both Jemma and Greg are very helpful and courteous, especially with regard to getting household fittings repaired due to breakdowns etc. The main quality though is that they listen and give good advice when required. We say Keep up the good work!

Overall satisfied. Communication not always easy.

After meeting the manager (proprietor), with whom I was impressed, at the beginning of my dealings with this firm, I was disappointed with the follow-up. Communication was not easy. However, after a while I was given Ms Vanessa Lloyd to manage my letting, and I cannot praise her too highly. She is extremely efficient, responsive and always courteous.She is never officious or over-familiar, as are unfortunately some of her colleagues. Ms Lloyd has now been moved to the Bangor office and I find myself still ringing her, although she is no longer in charge of my letting.

Not 100% happy. I live next door to a property that Williams and goodwin are letting. An illegal extention and an illegal drain on my wall that's causing me damp and real problems. In talks with the council who are on my side x
