Having purchased a property to let in Anglesey, as I live hundreds of miles away, I decided to get a fully managed service from an Anglesey letting agent. Having found an agent, I quickly became concerned at their lack of pro-activeness and communication. This was a particular concern as I was so far away. I then decided to use Williams & Goodwin, Eluned being my main point of contact. A lot of work needed doing on the property, several months later, it is now ready to let. Eluned has most definitely been proactive and informative in helping me along the journey so far. She has shown a genuine and personal interest in getting the property ready to let.
