Even though we have not actually let from this company, they have let us know of the right properties for us. Kept us informed always with a professional and friendly attitude. We have 2 German shepherd dogs which I feel was the reason we were not accepted for any of the properties we viewed. We are a professional couple and able to afford a nice home. Excellent references and able to pay up to a year in advance but were still turned down. People letting their properties mainly want tenants with no pets so the choice is limited. Anyone who has pets will know that good owners would never let their pets go due to landlords not wanting them as they are part of our family. This is not Williams Goodwin's fault. Greg was always friendly and helpful. Hopefully we are settled now but I would definitely recommend people using this estate agent.
