Horizon has managed our rented property in Rochford for nearly twenty years and we have always found them to be a completely professional outfit staffed by people who properly understand the meaning of customer service. Our main point of contact in recent years has been Allison who always provides service with a smile and is a real pleasure to deal with. We have recently decided to sell the property and, of course, the Horizon staff are being as helpful as usual UPDATE When we finally got the property back with vacant possession we were, to say the very least, horrified at the filthy condition in which it had been left. I walked round with Kerry who from her long experience was able to advise several practical options as to what we might or might not do prior to putting it on the market. In the end we decided to undertake a deep clean and redecorate. Four weeks later we placed the property on the market at 11.00 on a Thursday and by 12.05 on the same day Calum had found us a cash buyer and we had agreed terms. (Not sure if this is a record or just “business as usual” for Horizon but either way I was pretty impressed!) After that, Calum kept us fully up to speed with progress and was proactive in sorting out a few issues to keep things moving along.until completion. All in all a relatively pain free experience and as I said in my earlier post it’s always a pleasure dealing with professionals
