I’ve worked with Silver Oak Property for both buying and renting out properties for a while now, and they’ve been solid throughout. Greg has a really strong understanding of the local market here in Llanelli; he gives honest, practical advice rather than just telling you what you want to hear. The letting service is efficient and takes the stress out of the day-to-day management, and I’ve found the sales side to be just as professional and straightforward. If you’re looking to build a property portfolio or just need someone you can actually trust to get the job done, they’re a great shout. It’s nice to deal with an agent that actually knows the area inside out.
