I contacted this agency to arrange a viewing for a property and was met with extremely unprofessional behaviour over the phone. Instead of discussing my current enquiry, the staff member focused on a viewing they claim I missed back in November — something I genuinely do not recall. I was spoken to in a hostile and confrontational manner, and the tone of the call felt more like being told off than being helped as a prospective client. Even if an appointment had previously been missed, that does not justify speaking to people disrespectfully months later when they are making a new enquiry. Customer service should be polite and professional. This interaction was neither. It left me uncomfortable and unwilling to deal with this agency again.
