The very first time I met Jen to view a house, I told her about predicament and she immediately recognised my needs and did all she could to assist me. Although it took a while due to a few circumstances, I waited patiently and now I'm living in a 2 bed flat and you can't imagine the peace and joy I have. Thank you so much Jen and your team. I have used Dawsons in Llanelli to buy and subsequently rent a property in the area and they have been always been eminently professional in all aspects of their business. I now deal with Emma on a weekly basis who manages our property and she is absolutely fantastic with her efficiency in sorting any issues and most importantly to me in communicating in a timely manner. From my experience I would highly recommend them for sales and lettings.

I've had some not so positive experiences with Estate Agents but Dawson's couldn't have been more different. They were patient when I needed them to be but incredibly quick and efficient as soon as I was in position to proceed. They somehow managed to make a testing situation plain sailing, for which I'm so grateful, a big thank you to all the team. Really lovely staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
