Did a fantastic job of selling a house in Trimsaran for us. It was a difficult time but the staff were considerate and kept us informed through the whole process. It didn't take the team long to find a suitable buyer and also tied in with our solicitor making the process straight forward. Can't thank the guys enough for their help and highly recommend Both Dawson's and the staff.

The very first time I met Jen to view a house, I told her about predicament and she immediately recognised my needs and did all she could to assist me. Although it took a while due to a few circumstances, I waited patiently and now I'm living in a 2 bed flat and you can't imagine the peace and joy I have. Thank you so much Jen and your team. The experience with Dawsons Llanelli was positive in all way. All the staff was very helpful from day 1. They find us buyers really quickly, but unfortunately only the third buyers very able to take it to the end. But Dawsons reacted very quickly both times when the buyers pulled out. They organised a group viewing fast. We had a good communication all the time.

We have just moved home using the services of Dawsons, Llanelli. Lorraine, Jackie and Sue were our main points of contact - though others also assisted us - and all were highly professional in their work. Although there were some challenges posed by our sale and purchase - due to some snags in the property 'chain' - they were extremely supportive throughout, and made sure that we were kept informed. They were efficient, courteous and tenacious, working extremely well with our solicitor. Without any hesitation, we would recommend using Dawsons both to buy and sell a home.
