We cannot thank Sam and Amy at the Llanelli branch enough for their amazing friendly service! Amy met us for our viewing and showed us round the property and answering any questions! She was so lovely and friendly and really made us feel at ease. Sam then helped us with the application process which for first time renters we found some parts difficult but Sam helped us through the process answering some of our panicked calls with such a calm and informative manner! All in all we have managed to secure our first rental property through Dawsons and this would not have been possible without Amy and Sam. From our viewing to our application being approved it was less than a week! Thank you so much ladies! :)
