We cannot thank Sam and Amy at the Llanelli branch enough for their amazing friendly service! Amy met us for our viewing and showed us round the property and answering any questions! She was so lovely and friendly and really made us feel at ease. Sam then helped us with the application process which for first time renters we found some parts difficult but Sam helped us through the process answering some of our panicked calls with such a calm and informative manner! All in all we have managed to secure our first rental property through Dawsons and this would not have been possible without Amy and Sam. From our viewing to our application being approved it was less than a week! Thank you so much ladies! :)

Could not be happier with the service received while selling my home. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the after sales team really took a lot of stress off me and kept me updated every step of the way. Will be using Dawsons again for my next purchase.

Utter professionals who go the extra mile. My wife and I had many viewings in the Llanelli area with multiple agencies. The two Dawson viewings stood out to us. It was evident they had put the effort in to prepare for our arrival and their professionalism and knowledge was exceptional. We received excellent service from the team at Dawsons Llanelli. Our house was marketed very well, and sold at the asking price to the first viewer. I've met Mel on a few occasions through selling and buying houses, she is a lovely lady, really friendly and very professional. It certainly helps when you invite someone into your home and you click with them. Mel is one of those people. The whole team at Dawsons are great. Very enthusiastic. We had a viewing early the day after boxing day and they were here to do the showing around promptly...and shared our excitement when we received an offer. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (even though we are hoping this move will be our last!) Highly recommended.
