I have entrusted my property with Northwood for around 6 years now and although initially I was happy with the service, policies in the business have changed and has make them less flexible especially when it comes to paying for maintenance in my property. Communication is key in any business and I feel Northwood are failing. They are quick to communicate when money is needed but not so quick to address concerns that are highlighted if it has a financial impact on them. I hope they improve soon

Northwood estates West Derby Village. Recently phoned to arrange a viewing for a property on Neston Street, just of County Road, only to be told the viewings are only held Monday to Friday!!! Considering they are open Saturdays 09.00 til 12 pm. This gives a false impression that they do viewings on that!!! Considering that people work 9 til 5 through the week and it frees the to arrange a viewing. I understand fully it is business needs, but they should give people who a chance to view, it is very disheartening to get told this, when other estate agents who view properties over the weekend. Very luck to get 1 star

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER. I TRIED TO VIEW A PROPERTY FOR SALE THROUGH THIS AGENCY STAFF ANDRIYA. SHE IS VERY RUDE & CRUEL. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY & MONEY. BETTER TO AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT.

I was a landlord with the Wigan office for many years, but after Shaun Farrar—who also owns the Liverpool and Bolton branches—took over, the service significantly declined. Important matters like gas certificates were missed, and there were several other issues. The office became poorly managed, and even the Operations Director admitted that the Branch Manager, Rebecca, wasn’t delivering the level of service expected. After raising my concerns and pointing out their mistakes, they were clearly unhappy and chose to terminate my agreement. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to any landlord looking for reliable property management.
