Highly recommend
We would highly recommend Martin & Co, South Liverpool. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, trustworthy. They are can-do and go the extra mile for you, as the customer, not just to sell the property, but to get the right sale. They have been excellent and we are so pleased we chose them when there are so many options along Allerton Road.

Fantastic from start to finish
We recently sold our property with Martin and Co. and could not be any more impressed. Janice and Joeley looked after our sale and were incredible. The team were really helpful guiding us through the process, very responsive to phone calls/ emails and nothing was ever too much trouble. Plus they achieved full asking price for the property! We recently completed the purchase of our family home through Martin & Co, Allerton. We found their approach, and in particular, Denise, Janice and Louise whom we dealt with, completely different from the other agents we have encountered. They were completely professional, genuine and efficient throughout, they went above and beyond to get our purchase through and couldn’t have helped and supported us more. It was so refreshing to be dealt with in a straightforward and honest way, we could not speak highly enough of the individuals who conducted our purchaser.

Excellent service and support
Joeley and Janice provided excellent service and support throughout the purchase of the house. Communications were clear and they always demonstrated a caring attitude throughout, making the whole process a breeze. I was very happy with their support and would recommend for others too.

Great Team
The team were fantastic from the moment we called to arrange a viewing. They were very accommodating to our work schedules. This really helped as we were able to view the property at a time suited to us both. It really can make a difference. The team were supportive guiding us once we put the offer in. They kept clear communication between us, sellor and solicitors which I believe made the process smooth and eased any stress. Thank you so much. We have dealt with another local estate agents and my experience with the previous estate agents really did let me have doubts how estate agents manage house buying but the team at Martin and Co were fabulous.

Very happy with Martin & Co
Janice Linforth and Joeley Spruce were unbelievably helpful to me while I was going through the process of selling my house. They showed great patience as this was the first time I had been in this process and they explained everything to me and translated legal terms when needed. I am hoping their Bebington branch will be able to find me a suitable house in the near future. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co 😊👍

Highly recommend
I can highly recommend Martin & Co as I have used them for both letting and selling my house. Every member of the team is friendly and personable while always maintaining a professional manner. Great service
Denise, Joley and the whole team were so helpful and professional. We bought through auction and had a LOT of questions. They took the time to explain everything fully and made the process seem easy. We would definitely recommend them.
