Agents were very proactive and didn't need any prompting. They chased up the solicitors on both sides for us (our solicitors and the sellers solicitors) which was great. Very helpful for us with our limited knowledge of what to look for as first-time buyers. Quick and helpful responses to emails as well. No faults!
