Excellent service from Janice. After moving to Australia and having a few bad experiences with other agents with trying to sell from abroad, Janice was fantastic! Always helpful and guided us through the process well. She was always on top of everything and provided regular updates. Janice went above and beyond helping me and my mum (who was also buying in Liverpool). Would highly recommend for both buying and selling.

Highly recommended! Sold two of our properties in record time for full asking price. Janice & team really know their clients. Our last contract of sale exchanged within 10 days. The Martin & Co team took all of the stress out of selling our home. On both sales we have had fast, extremely well organised, stress free experiences.

Martin & Co in Allerton Road provided an excellent service when we had to sell our late uncle's flat. Their advice on the value of the property was extremely accurate and they were always available to assist and answer any queries.
