I called this agency(in Liverpool)the previous week to view a flat, appointment booked and 20th of January they call me an hour before viewing they tell me (hastily and without apology)appointment canceled the landlord found the tenant", it's not an honest behavior on your part In response to the agency: of course but only after I contacted you again did you explain the reason (which then you already knew on the morning of the decision taken by the landlord)

Dear Luisa, I am sorry to read that you are not happy. Indeed we did call you to cancel the appointment as the landlord had informed us that they had accepted another application on the property. We felt it was much better to cancel the appointment than allow you to travel, incur unnecessary expenses, when the property had already been let. We offered our sincere apologies and explained that we had to follow our clients instructions. Our client stipulated that all viewings were to be cancelled. We wish you well with your property search.

Please avoid this cowboy agency if you are a landlord and you want to rent out your property. They do not vet the tenants properly. They will lie to you and let you know that everything is ok, but it’s not. They are very unprofessional and will not manage your property appropriately. They only want your money. Avoid this estate agents at all cost.

Horrible communication, broke all their promises from the very beginning even when I was still a potential tenant. Can't imagine how they would treat their tenants that have already signed the contract.

I went out of way and repainted property before moving out to assure the full deposit is refunded and being charged £190 for removing rubbish from x2 wheelie bins which are collected every Friday and I couldn't take them out as moved out on Monday. Tha ks very much top agencies that looks after their tenants that never missed a payment in 5 years.
