Great agency always helpful and efficient.

I've used Belvoir for years to rent out my house. Martin and his team have always been incredibly helpful and responsive, sorting issues out as soon as possible for either me as the landlord, or the tenants. Martin in particular, is always happy to speak, regardless of time of the day - on one occasion when having tenancy issues, he was at Disneyland with his family! I can't rate them highly enough - I am confident that you'll be pleased with the service provided.

Fantastic costumer service by Kevin and Maria. Except them two, none of the workers that I have spoken to have costumer service. Kevin and Maria are the best employers. Both very friendly and professional. Deserves recognition.

No show to a viewing. I emailed them to complain about it and was ignored. Edit to the Belvoir response: I’m honoured to have finally be graced with a response. Of course you can’t see any cancelled viewings as my no-show viewing was in MAY 2024. I did email you sometime afterwards and never received any response either. You can keep assuring everyone that this never happened, however, another person who also turned up for the viewing was also never contacted. We both called you on 2 different numbers, we both received an automated reminder and the other viewer even called you the morning of the viewing and was told it was happening. She traveled some distance just for that viewing! I think I gave you more than enough opportunities to sort it out and you replying at the end of this year is now pointless and clearly serves to present yourselves in a good light before you ignore or upset more people in the new year. So no, I won’t be contacting you as I have enough to do before Christmas. I’m only relieved I didn’t rent anything through your agency.

Terrible agency I dealt with an employee called Helen , she arranged the viewing of a property in Mathers Avenue very quickly but after that she ignored us . She was arrogant unlike other employees at other housing companies .We have been chasing them for two months to sign the contract after our agreement to pay 12 months in advance but every time when we call, she tells us “ I will call the landlord and come back “ but she never does. I felt like we are begging her to sign the property knowing that when we offer to pay 12 months in advance to other lenders , all other agencies were welcoming. Yesterday I viewed another property with different estate and today we have signed the contract ( everything runs smoothly unlike dealing with this company which wasted our time )

Probably the worst of the bunch that we dealt with when viewing houses. Completely unhelpful and incompetent. If you have to go with these make sure you ring up because they don't look at emails, and be prepared for some condescending remarks over the phone.
