My dealings with Belvoir occured after receiving an eviction notice, with very short notice, on the property I had been resident at for 13 years, due to my landlord being repossessed. I dealt with James, and still do with what will certainly be a successful long term tenancy going forward. I felt James listened intently to my story, immediately upon first introduction. We arranged a viewing on what for me was the perfect property locally, very luckily, in my neighborhood, for the very next working day. From there as the ball rolled, everything went exceedingly smoothly and when an isssue cropped up, such as late in the day when we needed an electrician to re do the electrical certificate, James' communication and tenacity was right there and everything got sorted. He was a consumate professional and a credit to Belvoir. Now as I am now rehoused happily they have a very good after service for tenants with a great online service whereby you can contact a service professional literally at all hours of the day. I feel I am in a much better and safer position with this tenencay, and it will too be a longterm great decision to stick with Belvoir.

Their service and knowledge of the area and the rental market is exceptional and they go above and beyond to help. Could not recommend Belvoir South Liverpool enough, me and my partner decided to move during a global pandemic (clever, I know) - However the professionalism displayed by Steve and James is unparalleled. During the viewing James kept socially distance, knew his stuff about the area/property and also gave me a full breakdown on how it works (we are new tenants, so didn't know a lot). They went above and beyond and made moving easy and less stressful than I anticipated. I had a few questions once I was in the property and they couldn't of been more helpful, so you can tell they don't care about just getting anyone in the properties they list- They make sure you're happy once you're in and if not, how can they help further.
