I've used Belvoir for years to rent out my house. Martin and his team have always been incredibly helpful and responsive, sorting issues out as soon as possible for either me as the landlord, or the tenants. Martin in particular, is always happy to speak, regardless of time of the day - on one occasion when having tenancy issues, he was at Disneyland with his family!
