Been renting the property since 2022, the property and grounds well maintained, they have an app for reporting any issues with things being picked up and actioned really quickly by Belvoir (Kyle) and trades people very quick at attending, had an extractor fan stop working recently and it was replaced within a couple of days with zero drama. Ste the property manager is really sound as well and he is always on top of things always a pleasure to stop and talk to him.

You usually expect to either be unnecessarily hassled by estate agents or radio silence, but Amy was an excellent communicator vie phone and email and helped us to find somewhere to rent extremely quickly at short notice. She gave us the best advice for a successful rental application and helped us along every step of the way.

Based on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is the first property I have ever rented and the service from the staff (especially Amy and Rebecca) was very helpful and reliable from the initial viewing to signing the contract thru releasing the deposit -everything was made smooth and timely matter.
