For almost 8 years the team at Belvoir Central Liverpool have been looking after our 1 bedroom flat in a highly sought after central Liverpool location. They've taken great care to look after our interests and thanks to their professionalism and diligence the flat has been well maintained and is in great condition. Over the past few months we've been particularly grateful for Rebecca Bush's tenacious help and support when our recent tenant had challenges paying his utility bills. Thanks to Rebecca and the team they achieved a mutually appropriate resolution of the matter. I’ve been using Belvoir Liverpool for over 3 years now. All the team provide an excellent service and keep you well informed of any issues. If anything does need repairing they deal with it and get the best quotes to do quality work. They view the property on a regular basis and provide a detailed update. It’s nice having a company manage your property without having to worry about it. I would highly recommend them and have to friends who are looking to rent properties.

Moved into apartment for the first time renting a property. Belvoir were brilliant from start to finish, assisting us with the process and any requirements.
