Friendly chatty agent.

Very positive the team have been supportive during the sale process and delivered a fair sale price in a difficult market. I would recommend them to others looking to buy or sell in the area.

Good agents for freehold and rental.

3 stars due to being made false promises regarding dealing with a mould problem. Also wasn't contacted by Graham Butt to confirm that I wished to also end my tenancy alongside my partner at the time. Also faced with unplanned visits and felt that it was implied that the issues raised with them were of my own wrong doing and left in the dark with little to no communication for an extended period of time when I battled against this.
