We had graham butt for a year. They have a constant habit of taking usually over 48h to respond to any maintenance issues (it doesn't help they like to let out properties in disgusting conditions fully knowing people who are desperate will take it anyway). It's also apparent that communication within graham but is a severe issues. If you plan to change your name don't expect them to use that name 7 months and 5 emails reminding them of this.

I understand that during the current circumstances estate agents may be busy however, I called and was hung up on, I left a voicemail a week ago and never heard back and sent an email two weeks ago to get an automated ‘we’ll be with you shortly’ and never were. So sadly disappointed as I’ve been told they’re supposedly good around this area. It would’ve been nice to have at least a response via some form of communication from them :(
Graham Butt Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding repeated last-minute cancellations of my viewings. This has now happened twice—on 10th April and 13th April. Both times, the appointments were confirmed, and I was even contacted to reconfirm my attendance, only for them to be cancelled shortly before the scheduled time. I would like to specifically highlight Ilana from the Littlehampton team. How can the same issue happen twice? Why are appointments being booked and confirmed when you do not have the keys from the landlord or proper approval in place? The reasons given for cancellation are not convincing and show poor coordination. This gives the impression that appointments are being booked without certainty, which is misleading and a waste of my time. Please ensure appointments are only scheduled when everything is properly arranged. I expect a clear explanation. Mohammed Saleem
Unfortunately after 15 plus years of Letting properties with Butts we've had no choice but leave a few months ago due to lack of support with an awkward tenant. Then received a 2nd class mailed letter which was sent two weeks ago, which now has resulted in a fine for non payment of under £20 of council tax. This was the second letter sent to Butts that wasn't actioned by them. If you're looking to rent a property my advise would be to avoid.
