After finding a few properties to view through Rightmove for my dad and coming across Graham Butt, The service has been fantastic from the start and still continues. Myself and my sister had thought this would be a grueling experience to find a suitable place for my dad but the support from the branches at Littlehampton and East Preston are and have been really great. My dad has put an offer on one of Graham Butts properties today and this is something I never thought would of happened but with the friendly and ever so helpful staff we have got a great result. I would highly recommend Graham Butts in the future to anyone. 3 stars due to being made false promises regarding dealing with a mould problem. Also wasn't contacted by Graham Butt to confirm that I wished to also end my tenancy alongside my partner at the time. Also faced with unplanned visits and felt that it was implied that the issues raised with them were of my own wrong doing and left in the dark with little to no communication for an extended period of time when I battled against this.
