They are completely irresponsible and ridiculous. I booked and confirmed a viewing, they changed the time twice. Finally, I received a confirmation by email and time is confirmed. I drove a hour with my family and attended the viewing on time at 10am, Unfortunately, nobody is opening the door, we tried to email or call office won’t be able to reach anyone. After 2 hours, an agency called Norman called me said my time is 11:45am, I said it’s ridiculous & impossible, the confirmation shows it’s 10am how could he lie to us this way? I have the proof and confirmation it’s 10am. This is the worst property agency ever, stay away or you are going to waste your time
