We got a huge range in quotes for the house we were selling, Oulsnam came in in the middle with a sensible suggestion and we got an asking price offer within a week. Then when the owners of the house we were buying came to them for a valuation they thought of us and we got to view it, make an offer which got accepted before it went on the open market, creating a very seamless process!
