I deal with various businesses often and I have seen a variety customer service handling. I can honestly say that in terms of a point of contact with an estate I cannot praise Tracey Dewar highly enough. Tracey has been professional and fantastic to deal with. Throughout the process of looking for a home she has been very helpful from start to finish. She communicated constantly with updates, offered various levels of support and going out of her way such as when she went out of her way to accommodate a viewing at the last minute for me when requested, in general Tracey made me feel like she was on my side throughout the whole process of finding a new home. For the negative reputation that some estate agents receive, Tracey is a true testament to that there are fantastic professionals in this sector. We have just sold an inheritance property through the Ryder and Dutton branch based in Lindley, Huddersfield. The experience has been second to none, I really cannot fault the team there. Our sales negotiater, Jo Hardcastle has been superb throughout the entire process, with regular updates and making contact immediately when anything required our attention. Jo has gone above and beyond anything we could have expected to ensure we got a sale quickly - and for the best possible price. She easily outdid the solicitors for information on the sales progression and buyers' current situation. Her professionalism and advice is first class, her communication skills the same and I would highly recommend speaking with her if you are considering a move. I'd recommend the management offer her a pay rise imminently, as she provides the kind of service you would love to receive - but sadly that you do not expect these days. I have no connection with Jo, or the team at Ryder and Dutton, other than as a highly satisfied customer. If and when I next wish to sell a property, it will be straight back to them.
