Would highly recommend Georgie and the team at Oulsnam in Kings Heath. We sold our house and bought our new one with them and they were great throughout the process. We got a huge range in quotes for the house we were selling, Oulsnam came in in the middle with a sensible suggestion and we got an asking price offer within a week. Then when the owners of the house we were buying came to them for a valuation they thought of us and we got to view it, make an offer which got accepted before it went on the open market, creating a very seamless process! Their communication was excellent throughout. Estate agents have a generally bad reputation but can only recommend this team!
