Very happy with the service. The agency is very responsive and made sure the process progressed through all the steps in a timely manner. Although we did disagree on the flat valuation, I did insist on keeping the value I wanted and I luckily it worked well. Dealing with solicitors was not easy, and frankly, if it wasn't for Oulsnam's prompt intervention, the process would have taken longer.

They were very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to emails and good at communicating with solicitors/mortgage advisers, buyers and vendors as needed.
