Since the recent takeover of Northwoods by Matthew and Macaulay, service and communication has improved. Matthew helped me sell my previous rental property and was easy to work with, communicated well, and was prompt in addressing challenges. Good guys to work with and would recommend for rental management and property sales.

Dale and the team have been brilliant! Been with Northwood as a tenant for over 6 years now, and I must say the new takeover that Northwood has received has been pleasantly noticed! Reported an issue with the boiler in the evening, and first thing the next morning I received a call saying they were on the case, and by 12pm I had an engineer out to fix the boiler 🥰 thanks again Dale!
