Had an inspection today conducted by a gentleman named Dale, who was a very professional and well conducted in his visit. He listened and recorded issues surrounding the property that we raised and was thorough with his inspection. Because we have been clients of Northwood upwards of 10 years we have seen the company go through good and not so good times and hopefully with the new leadership in place and if every encounter with members of the new team is as professional, productive and courteous as this face to face was, they will soon be back at the top of their game. Not a terrible place friendly people. However the process for applying is 100% rediculous. With non refundable fees.
Don't even worth a one star. Wait for a flat for more than a month. did everything that they've told me to do all the forms reference check, credit checks and even a guarantor form as well. They told me it will take time and in between they gave it to someone else. Don't west your time it's rubbish.
Gone downhill ....FAST !! Director sends landlords email addresses to 212 other landlords . I am a landlord and they gave my home address and phone number to the tenants !! Who have rang me as they cannot get hold of Northwoods . No out of hours support for tenants . I have to chase rent money . No response to emails . Blaise attitude to data breaches . Looking to move my properties elsewhere !!!
