Belvoir is an incredibly professional company who treated me a lot better than other letting companies. When I came to the viewing they were insightful, knowledgeable and respectful to both me and the current tenants. Hannah, the agent I interacted with the most, was very expedient in talking to me, answering queries and helping me with my application. This entire process was smooth and easy which I appreciated as moving itself is a stressful experience. Also I don't think I've ever seen such a thorough inventory, it put me at ease knowing that they were so detailed. The property is perfect and I'm in love with it. Would definitely recommend.

"Highly..."
What a great team Walters in Lincoln have, the marketing, photos and video of my property were second to none, excellent quality. Ben conducted all the viewings, very communicative, keeping me appraised at every step. During what was a tricky transaction Joanne kept me sane, always on the end of the phone, they made the whole experience much easier than it could otherwise have been. After 3 moves in 3 years Walters have been without doubt the best estate agents I have used, highly recommended.

Just began renting our new
Just began renting our new home from Belvoir through Hannah, Hannah made it a pain free process and even met our needs with change of times due to needing the property at an earlier time than first agreed. Really good and helpful service, would recommend.
