Had an inspection today conducted by a gentleman named Dale, who was a very professional and well conducted in his visit. He listened and recorded issues surrounding the property that we raised and was thorough with his inspection. Because we have been clients of Northwood upwards of 10 years we have seen the company go through good and not so good times and hopefully with the new leadership in place and if every encounter with members of the new team is as professional, productive and courteous as this face to face was, they will soon be back at the top of their game.
